Roasting
As a light roast Lazy Sunday is gentle on the palate, and then softens into a warm hug for your senses. The cocoa bean from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew, while Africa includes citrus notes for balance. The result is a cup that can be consumed on its own, with milk chocolate or cake. We recommend the French Press method to brew this coffee. Preheating your vessel by adding some water that is just boiling will keep it warm. After the brewing process, let the coffee steep for four minutes. This will ensure that the grounds have been fully saturated and not over-extracted.
